Learn to weave with Atelier in Reno owner, Kelly! She is ready to get everyone working with yarn, roving, fabric and scraps! In this introductory class, students will get to know the basics of table top loom weaving including how to warp a loom, plain weave, create triangles, soumak (fishtail or braid), and rya (fringe).
All students will take home their very own tabletop, fully assembled wooden loom, shuttle and comb if the selection is made below.
If you choose to bring your own loom, please make sure it is the same flat weave table top loom we use in-class or similar and select the option below.
If the option you would like to select is not available, please call or text the workshop manager, Kelly, at (920) 474-6853 or send an email to atelierinreno@gmail.com. No experience necessary.
All materials are provided. If you decide at the end of class you want to take home your loom, you are welcome to purchase.

At this time, due the amount of pre-planning, nature of a workshop environments and with respect to our instructor, we can not issue refunds on workshop registrations. In the event of an emergency, please notify us you will not be attending at least 48 hours prior to receive a credit towards another workshop. Workshop credits are not good for any in-store purchases.
