In this exploratory and expressive workshop, regional artist Christine Wolheim guides participants through mixed media collage techniques. Students will be provided a variety of hand sourced material to be cut, ripped and glued. We will use mixed media techniques with silkscreens, inks, acrylics, pastels, oil sticks and more to create depth through layering.

This class has a maximum sign-up of 8 (eight) participants. At this time, due the amount of pre-planning, nature of a workshop environments and with respect to our instructor, we can not issue refunds on workshop registrations. In the event of an emergency, please notify us you will not be attending at least 48 hours prior to receive a credit towards another workshop. Workshop credits are not good for any in-store purchases.

Christine Wolheim is an artist, set designer, photo stylist, chef and educator living in Kings Beach, North Lake Tahoe. She received an BFA in Painting from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2000. She has taught private multimedia art workshops in California and Puerto Rico focusing on drawing, painting, collage, woodblock prints, pen and ink, and abstraction. Her work is in several collections and she exhibits both nationally and internationally.
