Create elegant beaded fringe earrings using brass or steel mountain charms with Aurora from Snowflower Studios. In this beginner friendly workshop, each participant will be provided all materials including magnifier lights, japanese glass seed beads, brass mountain charms and 14k gold filled ear wires. You will also be provided with written instructions and diagrams to take home for future projects. Expect to leave learning several different fundamental stitches including ladder stitch and fringe, as well as how to read a pattern.

Aurora lives in Reno, Nevada and has been making jewelry out of blades of grass and collecting smooth rocks since before she could hold a pair of pliers. She loves the meditative nature of seed bead jewelry, and loves to incorporate different techniques and stitches into her work. She is inspired and recognizes the influence of ancestral beadworker and makers from around the world, including her grandmother.
